Ad accompagnarci ci sarà anche Patrick De Lorenzi, che correrà insieme al gruppo e condividerà consigli ed esperienza.E dopo la corsa? Ti aspetta il momento migliore: un piccolo ristoro con carboidrati e qualche birretta (perfetta per reintegrare i sali minerali 😉), per chiudere in compagnia e continuare a scambiarci impressioni.Non mancare: vieni a correre con noi!
