We reserve the right to only have one of a particular vendor at our event so that you are not competition with one another. This will be based on a first register/pay basis. If you register/pay and another vendor of your same item has already registered/paid prior to you, you will be notified and your registration refunded.
- Electricity is NOT available so food vendors should bring their own generators.
- All vendors must provide their own equipment. Examples: Canopy, tables, chairs, etc.
- Gates will be closed to through traffic/vehicles at 9am until breakdown starts at 4pm.
- Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same way it was found.
- This is a family event and the LACC reserves the right to censor any items.
- Registration closes at noon on May 18, 2024. No exceptions will be made for late entries.
- All Registration Fees are Non-Refundable with the exception of duplicate vendors as described above.
The LACC and their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury that occurs during the setup, during the festival or breakdown of the Lavaca Berry Festival.
By completing your registration and payment you agree to all items stated above.
