<P><STRONG>Can I register more than 1 person?</STRONG></P>
<P>Yes. However, because we need to collect your information to issue certification, we will need you to register <SPAN>individuals</SPAN> one at a time.</P>

<P><STRONG>What's the refund policy?</STRONG></P>
<P>Full refunds will be issued if you cancel 1 week prior to the start of the certificaion class. Only 15 slots are available per session, so if you do not cancel with enough time for another person to register, that space is lost for someone who could be getting certified.</P>

<H3><STRONG>About the Presenter:</STRONG></H3>
<P>John Panzica joined CollegeSource as a Transfer Solutions Specialist four years ago, after serving in higher education for more than 25 years. Starting out in Financial Aid, John progressively took on additional duties within the Enrollment Management field. Moving from Financial Aid, through a brief stint in the Student Loan segment, back into higher education as an Information Technologist, into Admissions and Records, and then on to University Registrar. John’s experience on campus and with CollegeSource gives him a unique perspective on transfer and transfer-related issues. Having worked at both 2-yr and 4-yr institutions, the issue of transfer is central to John’s experience.</P>
