His rise to fame includes an extraordinary break when Jay Leno discovered him, leading to a three-year gig at the Mirage Casino and Hotel in Las Vegas.Hailing from Milwaukee, where he was first inspired by his gospel-singing father, Edwards honed his craft studying with Grammy nominee Eric Benet.
