The Masterclass is part of a series of ‘capacity building’ events to help mobilize the early stage investing community in Africa and to connect the network, knowledge and capital needed to help maximize the continents entrepreneurial potential. 
The Lagos Masterclass will be 'an introduction to understanding Termsheets' conducted by long-time investor and entrepreneur Tomi Davies. During the masterclass Tomi Davies will deepen your understanding of Termsheets and explain the basics in setting up the agreement. And Tobi Oke – Partner at V8 Ventures – will help to expand upon drafting binding Term Sheets.
The Term Sheet masterclass costs N17,500 and is by registration only.
