Termsheet Masterclass Lagos

V8 Academy is the learning and development arm of V8 Ventures, a platform that empowers African entrepreneurs on their journey to building great companies. We deliver a range of learning and development material through masterclasses, fireside chats and interactive Q&A sessions.

V8 Academy | ABAN | LAN | VC4A

The Masterclass is part of a series of ‘capacity building’ events to help mobilize the early stage investing community in Africa and to connect the network, knowledge and capital needed to help maximize the continents entrepreneurial potential.
The Lagos Masterclass will be 'an introduction to understanding Termsheets' conducted by long-time investor and entrepreneur Tomi Davies. During the masterclass Tomi Davies will deepen your understanding of Termsheets and explain the basics in setting up the agreement. And Tobi Oke – Partner at V8 Ventures – will help to expand upon drafting binding Term Sheets.
The Term Sheet masterclass costs N17,500 and is by registration only.
This is also a great opportunity network with Lagos’ best and finest startup investors. Drinks and snacks will be served following the masterclass.
Seating is limited so hurry now and register.
