About this event

  • Event lasts 3 hours

Tending is a piece. It is the things I tend to do when making music. It is, to be general about it, a particular approach to textures, activities, uncertainties, and endings.

A "version" of Tending is a fixed construction that emerges from an evolving collection of open scores (me trying to write down Tending). These versions are composed, they are chamber music, etc.. None of this need be important to any player(s) or listener(s), but it’s important to me (hello) that I’ve not kept it from you.
