Frequently asked questions

Will there be a waitlist on the day of the performance?

There will be a waitlist available to people who already have NYU swipe access. If you do not have swipe access tickets must be reserved by Saturday at 5 PM. For those who do have swipe access, the waitlist will be on a first come, first serve basis.

What if I want to see more than one cycle?

We recommend you reserve tickets for all the times you predict you'll be intending to stay so that it guarantees you a seat and it doesn't detract from reservations made ahead of time. If you choose to stay longer than your intend reservation we ask you join the waitlist for reentry.

What if I don't attend NYU?

Non-NYU guests are welcome, however, tickets need to be purchased by Saturday at 5pm in order to be put on the list for entry into Tisch. Bring your ID for the security guard on duty who will give you access. We recommend coming at least 10 minutes early.
