In this class, you’ll learn the basics of semi-complex waistline movements, also known as whining. Whether you are a professional waistline warrior, bum-bum roller or can bruk off yuh back, or are just beginning to learn to move your waist, we’re all here to build our confidence in moving freely and releasing the tension we carry in our hips, waist, bodies, and minds. This is your chance to un-whine.

Dress attire: comfy, whinin’ proof & anything that makes you feel confident
