TeenTix KC Event

Please join us for this exciting event at the Kauffman Foundation Conference Center to learn how TeenTix will benefit your organization, engage community teens and expand audience participation through the arts. KC Studio is hosting a gathering with TeenTix's Deputy Director, Austin Sargent to imagine, plan, and prepare for TeenTix in the Kansas City area.

TeenTix is an Arts Access and Youth Empowerment organization based in Seattle that is committed to equipping and empowering teens to actively participate in the arts and culture opportunities in their communities. Throughout their twenty years of existence, TeenTix has helped facilitate the sale of more than 170,000 tickets, built various career prep and career exploration programs for teens, and buoyed arts and culture organizations through a global pandemic.

With a roster of more than 150 partner organizations in the Puget Sound, TeenTix provides a synergetic formula that connects teens to arts and culture experiences, and arts and culture providers with a needed demographic.

TeenTix was founded in 2004 as a program of Seattle Center in partnership with 10 of the resident arts organizations on the Seattle Center campus. In 2006, Teentix began adding partners outside of Seattle Center in an effort to broaden the arts experiences we could connect teens to. TeenTix obtained its nonprofit status in 2015 and we now have 150 Arts and Cultural Partners throughout the Puget Sound.

TeenTix LA was founded in 2020 and now boasts a partnership roster of over 30 Arts and Cultural Partners and has just hired their first slate of Teen Interns who write articles and create digital media content to promote the program.
