Teen Yoga Presented by Sweet Tea Yoga
Ages 12-15 only
This time in your Tween’s life can be stressful, exciting, and busy. We will work on body awareness, flexibility, strength, and calming techniques along with a fun affirmation activity! This class is a great compliment to your active Tween’s lifestyle and helps promote positive body image!Program is FREE but does require ONE TICKET PER TEEN/TWEEN.

When registering you must have a PINES library card.

Any reservation without a valid PINES library card number will be automatically cancelled.

If unable to attend, cancellation must be made by 1pm on 6/20/24 or a fee of $2 for each unused ticket will be charged to registered library card.

DO NOT register a friend unless you are sure they will attend, otherwise YOU will be responsible for the no-show fee.Registration is needed only for teen/tween.
Parents may attend but do not need to register.
