Teen Self Defense Session

Register your teen for this self-defense session for teen girls, to be held on Saturday, March 16, 9am to noon, downtown Detroit. We’ll provide snacks and a light lunch for the girls. The cost is $20 each, to cover part of the cost of the instructor. Toya and I will cover the costs of the food.

This will be a fun interactive session, taught by professionals. Participants should wear sweats or leggings, and be prepared to actively participate. This session will include instruction on various physical defense approaches as well as a discussion of being aware of your surroundings.

The limit is 30 girls, so please register as soon as you can if you’re interested!
