Tedd Baker has worked with a wide variety of jazz greats and contemporary artists including Barry Harris, George Duke, Duane Eubanks, David Sanborn, Slide Hampton, Eddie Daniels, Jon Faddis, Vanessa Rubin, Jason Moran, Josh Groban, Svet Stoyanov, Fitz and The Tantrums, Mason Bates, Darren Barrett, Warren Wolf, Donnie McCaslin, Jeremy Pelt, Victor Lewis, Michael Mossman, Butch Warren, and Pete Yellin among others. He has also performed and/or recorded with New York Voices, Smithsonian Jazz Masterworks Orchestra under the direction of David Baker, Bohemian Caverns All-Stars, Amina Figarova Sextet, Artie Shaw Orchestra, Washington Jazz Orchestra, Alan Baylock Orchestra, and the Frank Carlberg/Andrew Rathbun Orchestra.

Tedd Baker began playing professionally in Boston as a teenager. He placed first in the 2000 Hilton Head Jazz Society Competition. In 2001 he was chosen for the US Department of State Jazz Ambassador Program, touring South America, Central America and Jamaica as a member of the Doron Richard Johnson Trio. In 2002 he joined the Airmen of Note, USAF Band, Washington, D.C. Tedd Baker's all-original 2006 debut CD “Mugshots” received rave reviews from JazzTimes, and All About Jazz. His new release "Duos Volume 1" is currently stirring high praise from various online and print publications. Tedd is also featured on numerous recordings as a sideman including Victor Provost's "Bright Eyes," the Taylor/ Fidyk Big Band "Live At Blues Alley," Ben Patterson Jazz Orchestra's "Vital Frequencies feat Chris Potter," and The Young Lions "Live At Bohemian Caverns."
