Healthy Technology Training For A TechWise Community

<p>Valley Christian Counseling and Dakota Medical Foundation will be hosting a technology training for parents and adults on October 23rd from 5:30 - 7pm at Dakota Medical Foundation. The training will focus on current trends regarding technology use and some of the impacts of screen use on the brain, along with special emphasis on strategies to help children, teens, and adults manage their screen use in a healthy way.</p><p>T﻿his training is sponsored by the Matto Foundation.</p>
