Patrick Hanlon recently joined SUNY Poly as Athletic Performance Coach and Fitness Center Coordinator. Prior to joining the SUNY Poly community, Hanlon served as a Strength and Conditioning Fellow at Harvard University, where he contributed to the training of several nationally ranked and championship-winning programs. His role involved programming strength and conditioning sessions, coaching Olympic and strength lifts, leading speed and agility training, and implementing advanced performance technology such as Catapult, Hawkin Dynamics, NordBord, and Tendo.
In this talk, Hanlon will share insights on what the fields of sports analytics and sports engineering offer coaches, athletic trainers, athletes, and anyone interested in general exercise performance, health, and recovery.
