The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade in partnership with Microsoft is searching for All Star teams comprising of Developers, Entrepreneurs, Innovators and Leaders to partner and deliver solutions to national challenges.
Develop solutions for: business, consumerism &amp; transportation. (You keep your IP!) 
Judges:  International and local, including representatives from Microsoft.
Cash Prizes:  1st Place - $10,000  2nd Place - $6,000  3rd Place $4,000  (Bds)
Intellectual Property:  Each participant will retain ownership of all intellectual property rights to his or her or the team's submission.
