    Do you need tech help? Get basic help with smartphones, laptops, tablets, Rockford Public Library databases, and more. Schedule an appointment or come to our drop-in hour.

    First Tuesday of the month from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm; BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Schedule a 15-minute, one-on-one tech help session with one of our friendly staff members.

    Third Tuesday of the month between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm; Drop-in hour: first-come, first-serve basis.

    Please note: we cannot provide hardware diagnostics, virus removal, or repairs.
