~Teatime in the Forest~ A Women's Holy Yoga Afternoon Retreat

John 7:37-39: "If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him."

Our lives are busy and our human vessels can get depleted! We can have daily excercise rituals, take vacations, and put limits on our worldly distractions, but our real strength comes from the true Living Water, Jesus!

Join me for a day of reflection, renewal, and restoration!

We will be spending the afternoon at Battelle Darby Creek Metro Park in the beautiful Cedar Ridge Lodge and its forest surroundings! Together we will incorporate activities and practices that focus on our Creator while we bask in His creation. Along with our spiritual investment, we will nourish our bodies with a fun and proper English tea, as well as, honor our temples with gentle movement (all levels) and self-care, set to a beautiful Christian playlist.

About Battelle Darby Creek Metro Park

Battelle, also known as just "Darby Creek" park, is currently the largest park in the Columbus Metro Park system with over 7,100 acres! The park offers multiple hiking locations and trails, shelterhouses, a dog park, and is wheelchair accessible. Everywhere you look, numerous wildlife can be encountered, as well as the famous bison (not buffalo) that roam roughly a mile north of the park entrance. On any given nice day, you can also find nature lovers hanging out in hammocks tied to various trees throughout, reading a book or taking a nap.

Cedar Ridge Lodge will be our beautiful space for the day. We have large spaces for yoga, eating, and fun. If the weather cooperates, we will also have some activities outside in the surrounding wooded areas and trails.
