Free Workshop. Learn how to create a team enviroment to increase sharing of information and knowledge for improved performance levels, synergy, and creativity.


First, we look into the advantages of a team:

* What is team building

* Team building stages

* Team member adjustments


Second, we move to team building strategy:

* Orientation, dissatisfaction, resolution, production, and termination

* Team communication

* Team interdependence

* High performance teams


Then, we take a moment to leadership in team bulding:

* Characteristics of a team leader

* Team leadership sharing

* Overcoming resistance

* Overcoming conflicts
