Join us for this in-person cooking class where you will build culinary skills, increase your confidence in the kitchen, and learn about nutrition & food while making your very own lunch!
This month, we will be building our own sushi and making a sriracha mayo for drizzling or dipping. You will choose your filling options--sushi-grade salmon, cucumber, carrot, avocado, and more--and will be instructed on cutting the ingredients, preparing the sushi rice, and two methods of rolling the sushi using nori seaweed.
The sushi rice will be cooked in advance of class and provided for you. All other ingredients will be provided along with the tools to prepare them to create your own delicious lunch. All levels of culinary expertise are welcome. Limited space is available.
