This is an open ongoing support group designed to help teachers cope with their day to day challenges. Suggested donation is $5-$10/session.

This is an open ongoing support group designed to help teachers cope with the challenges of our new reality: sporadic distance learnings, spotty attendance, students who are missing key skills, and unsupportive administrators to name a few. This group is meant to provide a safe space to learn new skills you can bring home at the end of the day to recharge, and back with you to the classroom to stay on track. Group Details:

</li></ul>
Group topics:
<ul><li>Coping skills to lower your parasympathetic nervous system
</li><li>Tools to bring to the classroom to help your students cope
</li><li>How to move from venting to action
</li><li>And more
</li></ul>
Why you would want to go:
<ul><li>If you hear one more person tell you to fill your cup, you might just scream
</li><li>You are actively considering leaving the profession
</li><li>Complaining about how bad things have gotten isn’t helping anymore, you need to do something
</li><li>You’re feeling isolated and looking for new colleagues for support
</li></ul>

Please note: these are "closed meetings" and not open to observers.
