Frequently asked questions

Do I need a yoga mat?

If you have a mat already then you are more than welcome to use your own. If not, then we can lend you our mat for your first time with us.

Do I need to bring water?

Water is a must when working out. If you'd like to refill we have a FlowWater station for a quick fill up.

Can I still take classes if i'm a beginner?

Yes of course! We are a very user friendly studio. Our teachers will model the moves for you and give modifications to make your practice a little easier. We also encourage everyone to go at your own pace. This is your practice and you put what you need into it:)

What if I don't want to do just yoga?

Then that's perfect because we are a fusion studio! Meaning we not only have yoga but we have workout classes as well. You really get the best of both worlds here at YogaSix:)
