B﻿ased in the heart ofUniversity Park, Los Angeles,  Studio Om is a 501(c)3 non-profit wellness space which offersconsciousalternative to what the city has to offer. A space open toallfor discovering your sanctuary for the soul, easing stress, anxiety & inspiring self-love. We offer yoga classes, sound baths, best-self workshops, mantra music meditation (kirtan), philosophy discussions and delicious plant-based meals, all in a relaxed, warm and inviting lounge studio atmosphere.

<h4>🧘‍♀️ What this is</h4>This is a small, guided evening designed to help you slow down, reset, and step away from the stress of the day.We start with a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga session, followed by a rotating workshop or guided experience focused on relaxation, mindfulness, or personal growth. ⏳ Flexible format<blockquote>This is a two-part evening: • Yoga (~50 min) • Optional stress relief events after (Workshop themes rotate weekly - breathwork, journaling, mindfulness, etc.)You’re welcome to join just the yoga or stay for the full experience. </blockquote>👥 Who it’s for<blockquote>Perfect for young professionals, grad students, or anyone looking for a more intentional way to spend their evening.No prior yoga or wellness experience needed. </blockquote>🌿What to expect<blockquote><ul><li>~50 min beginner-friendly yoga</li><li>A small-group workshop or guided session</li><li>home-made brewed tea with social</li><li>calm, welcoming environment</li><li>Intentionally limited to ~10 people</li></ul></blockquote>
