We start with a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga session, followed by a rotating workshop or guided experience focused on relaxation, mindfulness, or personal growth.

• Yoga (~50 min)
• Optional workshop after (Workshop themes rotate weekly - breathwork, journaling, mindfulness, etc.)You’re welcome to join just the yoga or stay for the full experience.
