Movement, Mindfulness & Meaningful Conversation

Step into a midweek sanctuary where movement meets reflection and community. Yoga, Tea & Talks is a thoughtfully designed wellness experience that blends mindful yoga practice with intentional conversation, offering space not only to move the body, but to open the mind and heart.

This weekly Saturday gathering invites you to slow down, tune inward, and then come together in connection—with yourself and with others who value curiosity, depth, and conscious living.

Tea & Talk – Intentional Conversation & Shared Wisdom

After yoga, we gather for Tea & Talk, a relaxed yet intentional discussion held over freshly brewed herbal tea. Each week, a host speaker introduces a different theme inspired by current events, cultural trends, or modern-day challenges, explored through the lens of ancient yoga philosophy and timeless wisdom.

Rather than a lecture, this is a shared experience—a space for reflection, inquiry, and meaningful dialogue. Participants are invited (never required) to share thoughts, ask questions, listen deeply, and engage in respectful, open-minded conversation.

Expect:

  • Thought-provoking themes and real-life relevance
  • Deep, nourishing conversations
  • Space to share the mind and speak from the heart
  • Connection with open-minded, like-minded individuals
  • A sense of community rooted in curiosity and compassion

The tea is served warm and intentionally, supporting relaxation, grounding, and presence as the conversation unfolds.

The Evening Experience

Yoga Practice – Grounded & Mindful Movement
We begin the evening with a gentle yet purposeful yoga class designed to bring awareness into the body and quiet the mental noise of the day. Expect mindful sequencing, conscious breath, and a steady pace that supports presence rather than performance.

This practice helps to:

  • Release physical and mental tension
  • Create clarity and focus
  • Prepare the body and mind for reflection and conversation
  • Cultivate a sense of grounding and ease

The yoga portion serves as a bridge—from the busyness of everyday life into a more open, receptive state.

A Midweek Ritual for Mind, Body & Community

Yoga, Tea & Talks is more than a class—it’s a weekly ritual of connection. Movement clears the body, tea softens the nervous system, and conversation nourishes the soul. Together, they create a unique container for self-inquiry, shared wisdom, and authentic human connection.

This offering is perfect for:

  • Those craving deeper conversations in a noisy world
  • Yogis interested in philosophy beyond the mat
  • Curious minds exploring modern life through ancient wisdom
  • Anyone seeking community, reflection, and intentional connection

No prior knowledge of yoga philosophy is required—only openness and curiosity.
