About this event

  • 1 hour

Do you love sipping on hot tea and reading good poetry? Well.. so does our naturalist here at Stokes.

We will be meeting at the Stony Lake Pavilion. Our program will be indoors, and our naturalist will supply hot water. Please bring your preffered type of tea, hot cocoa, coffee and/or sweetner. This is also a BYOM (bring your own mug) event. We will also provide some creative writing prompts, tricks to writing nature poetry and journaling techniques. Feel free to bring a poem you would like to share or any of your own writing. There will be no pressure to share anything, and we will also have some time to write and reflect.

This is a rain or shine event, and will take place inside the Stony Lake Pavilion.

We will meet at the Stony Lake Pavilion. Stony Lake Parking Area is at the end of Coursen Road.
