About this event

  • 2 hours

The TEA Masters Spotlight series is back with a far-reaching conversation with celebrated theme park show control engineer, Linda Alcorn. Linda broke new ground as WED's inaugural female electronic engineer, significantly influencing landmark projects such as EPCOT and the Canada, France, and China pavilions. She played a key role in the foundational design and setup of Disney-MGM Studios, Euro Disney, and Animal Kingdom. In 2020, her contributions were honored with the designation of TEA Master.

Linda’s story spans the development of Epcot, Expo ’86, Disney-MGM Studios, Euro Disney, and Animal Kingdom and her key role leading show control engineering over all of Walt Disney World. Linda was named a TEA Master in 2020.
