This is a class for beginners to help inspire and ignite a spark towards wellbeing in your everyday tea rituals. Learn about the history and traditional uses of a teas and some of Lauren&#x27;s favorite staple herbs, as well as her philosophy on blending the two.

Your tea cup awaits, your dreams are for the taking, and your body, spirit and soul will thank you with every sip. Each student will leave with a few recipes to try blending on their own as needed, in addition to 1oz of tea blended during the class.About the Instructor: Co-Founder of Fruits to the Roots, Lauren explores the return of balance and ritual; invoking intention, plant spirit, planetary archetypes and LOVE in every artifact she forms. It is her hope, as an intuitive creator and healer, daily empowerment and a symbiosis with nature may once again be honored as essential to further know one’s self and the kinship of the collective consciousness.
