Tea Battle!
Yes, the tea battle is on! But for fun!
We are co-organizing with NYTS for the tea lovers to make tea and taste tea together. Members of meetup can register here.
Let's see how one tea can transform into many different ones with different brewers.
- 5 grams of tea or 12 grams of tea...
- 170° or 205° water...
- Bottled water or filtered water...
- Teapot or gaiwan...
- Zuni or duani clay...
Join the battle or be the tasters! Comparing notes on different brewing methods for different teas, tasting teas with different brewers, having fun serving teas and sharing tea with others. Discussion on the teas and the brewing methods used will take place after the Tea Battle is completed.
Ultimately, the purpose of the Tea Battle is to open up the discussion about the versatility of tea in a fun, interactive way.
Hope you can join us!
