<P>William Van Vleet is a talented and seasoned executive with over 35 years of experience in<BR>technology product development for commercial and defense markets. He brings a wealth of<BR>expertise with strengths in areas such as business strategy, operational management, program<BR>management, business development, sales and marketing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A)<BR>and integration. Bill has an impressive track record in the development, management and sale<BR>of high technology products and services across a wide range of technologies including<BR>software, cyber security, data analytics, information technology, aerospace and defense.<BR>Currently, Bill operates a private consulting firm, Strategy2Growth, which he founded to help<BR>small and mid-cap. Prior to forming Strategy2Growth, Bill was the founding Chief Executive<BR>Officer (CEO) of Haystax Technology, an analytics and cyber security technology company he<BR>founded in 2012 in partnership with The Edgewater Funds. Haystax was created by acquiring<BR>and integrating three small-cap technologies with competencies in analytics, cloud computing<BR>and cyber security serving government and commercial security markets. Under his leadership,<BR>the company achieved 115% compound annual growth to over $100M in annual revenues in<BR>three years.</P>
