Ellen has successfully run seven Buffalo Athletic Center fitness clubs, overseeing 300 fitness classes per week and currently teaches group exercise classes at Catalyst Fitness. She has attained an AFAA Group Exercise certification, a YogaFIT levels I and II certification, and additional certifications in kickboxing, spinning, TRX, BOSU, kettlebell, and Pilates exercises. She is also a Weight Loss Coach certified through ACE and a nutrition coach, and has helped many loose weight and live a healthy lifestyle.
Ellen is passionate about people living healthy lives and being the best they can be. Through healthy living and fitness, she inspires women to go farther and dig just a little deeper to attain their goals.
