Welcome to TBC's 3rd Annual Spring Campout! Rally your friends, pack up your camping gear, load up your bikes and lets hit the trails!

We will be meeting up at Mother Tongue Cafe (308 41st St, Oakland) for a caffeine and pastry boost. Then we'll be Party Pacing our way up the the trails of the Oakland Hills. Look forward to chill vibes Anthony Chabot Campground!

This is a self supported ride, please bring what you will need for a short overnighter (sleeping gear, food/drink, and whatever cozy items). Please plan accordingly.

The primary route will take us on a mix of paved roads, fire roads and trails; A Gravel Bike or Hardtail MTB is recommended. If you'd rather ride all road, that great too - Let us know if you'd like a route recommendation or connect you with fellow road riders. We will arrive at camp during daylight, but bring a light if you are interested in some evening trail riding!

If you are new to Bikepacking and have questions or needs some loaner gear , don't hesitiate to reach out to John, Charles and the rest of the TBC Crew - This event is for bikepackers at all levels to experience a fun and alternative aspect of cycling and its community.

Biking is highly encouraged, but we also welcome campers of all modes of transportation! HOWEVER, we have limited parking so if you are interested in carpooling to camp, please reach out to us and we will help connect you with other drivers/passengers.(Also, you will be required to bring coolers of adult beverages!)
