Description

Learn a little bit more about the festive Mexican tradition of serving tacos accompanied by all of the trimmings. You and your small team will practice the proper techniques as you create tacos with fish, chicken, pork, and steak fillings and then sit down to enjoy every bite!

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine to complement your tacos.

• Baja Beer-battered Fish Tacos

• Alambre de Bistec (Steak Tacos with Bacon, Onions, & Peppers) 

• Chicken Tinga Puffed Tacos 

• Tacos al Pastor (Marinated, Grilled Pork with Grilled Pineapple)

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
