During this outdoor workshop, you will learn how to reconnect with your younger self and your soul to understand how the special gifts, talents and interests you had as a child are connected to your soul's purpose.

You will experience guided breathwork, meditation, sound healing, energy healing and hypnosis to assist you with this reconnection and support you in confidently moving forward with your soul’s mission!

This deep connection with your soul will also allow for a more vital and pure mindset. You will notice the decisions you make are clearer and they come from a place of honoring yourself.

I intentionally selected Mondays for workshops and sessions to encourage you to take more time for yourself!

My hope is that you will extend your weekend, sleep in late and drop in for a beautiful experience!

The studio is on Beverly Hills' Restaurant Row so afterwards you can pamper yourself by dining at one of the many amazing restaurants! This allows you time to process the experience prior to heading back into traffic and joining more of the 3D world!
