Come express your most authentic self in a safe, sacred setting while celebrating the Feminine wisdom uniquely embodied by you! Tantric Bellydance is the fusion of Tantric principles with the world's Oldest Dance, the Dance of Feminine Creative Power, of sexual life force and birthing energies. Using sacred geometry, ancient mudras, and mystical music, we will activate and circulate the energies of Bliss with dance movements as old as the human race, those of the hips, belly and heart.
You will learn simple but powerful ways to move your body for expanding love, expressing your heart, and opening to the path of deep healing and remembrance.
This eight week class series will teach you proper posture and foundational bellydance movements that we will combine into a short Chakra Activation choreography you can use as a daily practice or to perform for family and friends.
Wear clothes that allow freedom of movement and help you feel like the embodiment of the Goddess you are! We will be dancing barefoot or you are welcome to wear ballet slippers or other soft dance shoes. Be sure to bring a water bottle, water will be available for refills.
