Tantra for Spring Detox

April Tantra Workshop theme is “Spring Detox”. We’ll learn Yoga postures for physical detox and Tantra practices/rituals for mental detox.

In the yoga world, spring and fall are considered good times for detoxification. These are the times when the chemicals in the body change dramatically. Spring is an especially good time to detoxify as the body relaxes and opens up.

While doing yoga poses for detoxification, special mantras are chanted to enhance the benefits.

Traditional Tantra meditations and modern Tantra practices will be used to observe and release patterns of the mind that no longer serve us.

The teacher can sense the auric body and blockages and adds practices customized for the student at that moment.

A long-time Tantra and Kundalini teacher, Michiko will compact effective methods into these 2.5 hours. You will receive the review of methods and also aftercare support in written forms.
