Tantra is a path of awakening and exploration that helps us move out of ordinary states and into a sense of heightened awareness, expanded sensation and mindfulness. Simple, accessible practices can enhance the pleasure, sensuality, and satisfaction of your everyday experience.
This is not a lecture - we want you to experience something new and learn something about yourself.
Tantra uses the transformative power of breath, mindful movement, touch, sound, and meditation to move into deeper states of presence and cultivate joy and intimacy with self and the other. This allows us to live more fully and more consciously. In this session, you will learn and discover about your ecstatic self and your energetic potential.
We will close our event with a puja, which is a ceremony and ritual of reverence and offering. It is designed to open your heart and tune in to your own divinity and experience the divinity within others.

SINGLES AND COUPLES are welcome. You will experience deeper connection with yourself and the others. Couples will experience practices together. Singles can choose to work with another attendee or do practices alone. You are always at choice!
