Tampa Bay Beekeepers Monthly Meeting

Join us at our monthly meeting. Starting at 7 p.m. with the NewBee class. Potluck and "mingling" at 7:30 (Bring a dish please). At 8 p.m. our main speaker will discuss a topic (hopefully) interesting to new, novice, and seasoned beekeepers, followed by the TBBA business info and closing with a raffle for bee-related items.

The current location is Hillsborough County Extension Office, 5339 County Road 579, Seffner, Florida 33584 in the meeting hall, behind the main offices. Weather permitting there will be a workday (morning) on the Saturday after the meeting, more details will be discussed in the TBBA info at the meeting.

If you need any bee equipment, often D&J Apiaries will be at the meetings with their stocked trailer (do order in advance if you know what you need!)

Normally we meet on the 2nd Thursday of the month. On occasion we will have to change the dates. Please check on the website for last minute updates .

The meeting is free to attend and you do not have to become a member to attend the meetings or the apiary workday, however memberships does support the work we do.

The TBBA The Tampa Bay Beekeepers Association (TBBA) exists to promote responsible beekeeping and is registered 501C3 non profit .

The Tampa Bay Beekeeper's Association includes hobbyists, commercial & migratory beekeepers, and enthusiasts who share a common interest in honeybees and beekeeping.
