Research across the globe and decades support the BSN for entry into practice based on improved patient outcomes and cost savings to the healthcare system. This addresses:

• The Maui County workforce demand by providing 100% BSN graduates
• The students request to complete the BSN before going through the rigors of the transition to practice. Providing the BSN locally keeps the cost down and provides the quickest route to completion.
• The community right to receive the highest quality care right here on Maui.
