This session is for you.
Join Omi Bell for a 50-minute guided experience designed especially for people who are new to breathwork. In this welcoming and beginner-friendly space, you’ll learn the basics of conscious breathing, explore how breath can support emotional release and nervous system regulation, and experience your first full breathwork session with confidence and care.
No experience required. No pressure to perform. Just your breath, your body, and an opportunity to reconnect.
🌬️ What to Expect:
- A short intro to what breathwork is and how it helps (5 mins)
- Demonstration + practice of simple breath techniques
- Intention setting or reflection moment (2–3 mins)
- Full 20-minute guided breathwork session
- Optional Q&A and community check-in afterward
💛 How to Prepare:
- Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down undisturbed
- Have a blanket, pillow, or eye mask if you like for comfort
- Use headphones or a speaker for clear sound
- Beginners are encouraged to join on video for the breath demo (you can turn your camera off afterward)

No! Not at all. For the wind down - If you're not going to bed I would recommend that you make space to chill out after. Watch your favorite show, listen to music or just relax. You don't have to go to bed after breathwork in general, however, this session is focused on relaxing you.
No experience needed at all. I’ll walk you through everything gently at the start of the session. It’s beginner-friendly and guided the whole way.
Complete your night routine before joining (teeth brushed, cozy clothes, lights low). You’ll want: A quiet space to lie down undisturbed A yoga mat, bed, or couch Headphones (preferred) or computer/TV speakers A blanket or eye pillow if you’d like extra comfort
No. Your breath is yours. The sound bowls have been used for ages as a method of calm and healing.
To protect the container, no one will be admitted after 5 minutes past the start time. Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled. There will be no refunds but you can attend the next identical session for free. ONLY ONCE.
There is a possibility that the session will be recorded for me to study myself in order to grow as a facilitator.
Not at all. While this session will regulate your nervous system and set you up for deep rest, you're welcome to journal, read, or simply relax afterward.
Yes! You’re welcome to share the link or invite someone to lie down next to you—just be sure everyone is registered and settled before the session starts.
Absolutely. You’re welcome to keep your camera off the whole time. If it’s your first session, we recommend joining by video (camera off) just so you can see the breath demonstration at the beginning. Be sure to stay on mute during the breathwork and sound bath portion of the session.
If you’re pregnant, have heart or respiratory issues, or are under medical care, please consult your provider first. The breathwork is gentle, but it’s important to listen to your body.
