Facilitator bio:


Whitney A. White is a former Bain & Company consultant, serial entrepreneur, and executive coach who helps leaders take back their time and achieve what matters most — without burning out.

She is the CEO of Afara Global, an innovation firm that partners with startups, nonprofits, and enterprise organizations to design and scale new products, services, and operating models. Whitney is also the Founder of Take Back Your TimeTM, a coaching practice trusted by high-achieving professionals navigating growth, overload, and pivotal career decisions. Additionally, she serves as Co-Founder and CEO of Equity Commons, a virtual reality firm using immersive technology to strengthen leadership, communication, and empathy at scale.

Whitney’s career spans top-tier consulting, senior operating roles in e-commerce and technology, and the founding of multiple ventures — often simultaneously. Her work at Bain & Company, McMaster-Carr, and Google Express gives her a rare combination of strategic rigor and real-world execution experience.
