Join Redlands Police Department for Tailgate with a Cop before University of Redlands "Take a Kid to the Game Night"

Ted Runner Stadium

In partnership with the University of Redlands, the Redlands Police Department will be cooking up hot dogs and hamburgers at a tailgate party before the University of Redlands "Take a Kid to the Game Night" at the Ted Runner Stadium! All the football, food, and fun is free! (All kids 18 and under, as well as any adult who brings a child to the game, will receive free admission to the Redlands Bulldogs versus Pomona Pitzer Sagehens football game through the University of Redlands' participation in "Take a Kid to the Game Night.") In addition to the youth tailgate football game, several other youth-related activities will take place, including a dunk tank for kids to try and dunk their principals and teachers, a SWAT obstacle course, the RPD BearCat vehicle will be on display, and there will be an opportunity drawing at halftime for the chance to win one of several $200 team pizza parties! Teams, groups, clubs, or any assortment of eight youth and one adult chaperone can per-register for the opportunity drawing. Registered teams will check in on the day of the event and are encouraged to wear their jersey or some other unique shirt to show team spirit.
