Qigong, pronounced “chi gong,” was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine. It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.
About the instructor:
Master Jody Garcia is a certified 6th degree black belt in Shaolin Kempo Karate and a Master in Shaolin Kung Fu. He has been studying martial arts and energy work for 29 years. He creates a welcoming environment for learning and having fun!
