Join Our Tai Chi Workshop!
Whether you're a beginner or you have some experience, come and join this light-hearted yet dedicated tai chi workshop to develop the skill of noticing and softening tension and blockages in the body and mind.
To do this we're learing the Wu short form and the internal principles of this knowledge. With regular practice at home you can accumulate better balance, circulation, and mobility.
