Come learn Tai Chi for Memory --a class for caregivers and clients. Simple movements can be done standing and sitting. Meets Tuesdays.

Tai Chi for Memory

This course will use tai chi movements to slow the rate of cognitive decline. Tai chi has been shown by clinical studies to improve memory and brain health. We will meet weekly for about 30 to 45 minutes. This will be an ongoing course. For best results, it is recommended to attend for at least 26 weeks. The movements may be done either standing or sitting. No experience is necessary. We can work with all levels of cognitive impairment. Caregives are encouraged to attend.
