Embark on a transformative journey inward with our upcoming 8-week Tai Chi for Beginners Series! We will have a 45 min class with a live soundbath, ending with a guided meditation by yours truly. Discover the ancient art of Taijiquan, a proffound Chinese Martial Art renowned for fostering physical healing and tranquility!

In this Series, you'll:
Learn the fundamentals of Tai Chi, including the graceful movements and postures from the 37 posture Yang Style Short Form taught by Cheng ManChing.
