Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience, these in-person classes are designed to help you improve your physical and mental well-being.Starting on Saturday January 10th 2026, these classes will take place every Saturday at 10:30 - 11:15 for six weeks in Innishannon Hall, Laherfineen, Innishannon. Immerse yourself in the ancient art of Tai Chi as our experienced instructor guides you through gentle movements and breathing exercises.Tai Chi is known for its numerous health benefits, including reduced stress, improved balance, and increased flexibility. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the basics and develop a solid foundation in this graceful martial art.Don't miss out on this chance to enhance your overall well-being while connecting with like-minded individuals in a friendly and supportive environment.
