In this semester's course, you will learn the Chen Style Tai Chi Quan and review Tai Chi Sword routines. This is a journey of cultivation of both your body and your mind.

This gentle form of exercise can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance, and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life.

Tai chi is often described as "meditation in motion," but it might well be called "medication in motion." There is growing evidence that this mind-body practice, which originated in China as a martial art, has value in treating or preventing many health problems. It strengthens your muscle strength without any burden on the heart.

This class is welcome to all level and the family, youth and kids (13+).

🌻$20 Per person prior to class, pay model cash or check is better.

The dance come from oriental culture including belly dance, Chinese classical dance, ballet basic training and dance meditation. All the classes are designed to help you develop a healthy body.

The Oriental Culture Dance are not only a form of physical exercise to improve your body by developing balance, flexibility and shape, but the dances also include a tape of meditation cultivation that cultivates good energy.
