Doreen Lorenzo is a successful leader at the crossroads of design, innovation, and education. As the former president of frog design, she has spent decades advising companies on creativity and strategy. In 2016, she founded the Center for Integrated Design at the University of Texas at Austin and later established the School of Design and Creative Technologies, where she serves as Assistant Dean. It is the fastest-growing school in the College of Fine Arts.
A longtime columnist for Fast Company and co-creator of the podcast Creativity Is the Job of the Future, she advocates for the idea that human creativity versus machines, emphasizing that human imagination is our greatest asset in an AI-driven world. Doreen was honored to be profiled by Texas Monthly as one of 15 Innovators Reshaping Texas
