Experience the vibrant spirit of our local entrepreneurial community with every bite, sip, and sound. Featuring over 20 local businesses - many whom got their start through our Commercial Kitchen Incubator Program - this event honors El Pájaro CDC’s 45 years of service and support for small businesses. Indulge in delicious creations from local food producers, each sharing a unique story rich in flavor and tradition.This special event will feature:<ul><li>Exclusive Selection of Tacos and Tapas</li><li>Brews from local brewery, wine and cider producers</li><li>Live Music: Dance to the vibrant and lively beats of Flor de Caña</li></ul>Stay tuned for the list of participating food entrepreneurs!This event goes beyond food &amp; entertainment, it supports El Pájaro CDC, a vital community asset that has developed and nurtured countless local businesses and initiatives since its founding in 1979.
