TRES’ mission is to help you discover the wonders of Jalisco,Mexico. From the food, to the music, to the extraordinary productsthat derive from the amazing agave plant – we are so passionateabout the gifts that this region of the world has given us. We wantyou to experience them as well, which is why we try to bring a bitof Jalisco to you.The state of Jalisco, located in the Central Highlands, is home toGuadalajara, Mexico’s second largest city. It is also the birthplaceof much of Mexican culture, including Mariachi music and ofcourse, Tequila. TRES represents the three types of 100% BlueAgave Tequila (blanco, reposado, añejo).Our infatuation with the world’s finest Tequilas is matched only byour passion for the food of Jalisco. We feature traditional Jaliscandishes, always cooked over mesquite, and we use only the freshest ingredients sourced from local farmers when possible.

Taco “Bout It!
Tres Tequila Lounge &amp; Mexican Kitchen is partnering with Planned Parenthood Northern California and NARAL Pro-Choice America—along with emcee Liam Mayclem (KCBS Radio and The Travel Channel)—to raise awareness and funds as we head into what is surely the most important midterm election season in recent memory. 
Guests will enjoy quenching cocktails and tantalizing takes on tacos from talented female chefs from San Francisco and the East Bay who are taking part, including Nicole Marin from Uma Casa, Casey Rebecca Nunes of Media Noche and Marianne Despres from El Sur in this friendly and fun competition featuring their own unique spins on that bona fide and beloved immigrant to the good old USA—the taco! 
$40.00 includes samplings of tacos from all participating chef and restaurants and 3 drinks of your choice from the bar: beer, tequila and/or mezcal – your choice!

Note: between the great drinks, mouth-watering food and important subject matter, you will also have plenty to Taco ‘Bout as well {see what we did there?}

She is regularly quoted in the press and has been published in the Sacramento Bee, San Francisco Chronicle and HuffPost.
