- 10.00 – Meet and greet over coffee. Please bring your own reusable cup and water bottle to the event.

- 10.30 – 1st session of Balsam pulling
- 11.15 – Stretch and feedback
- 11.30 – 2nd session of Balsam pulling
- 12.15 – Stretch and feedback
- 12.30 - Picnic lunch will be provided in O Brien Park
- 13.30 – 3rd session of Balsam pulling
